對參與者本身，尤其是青少年與兒童而言，手作過程本身就是一種情緒梳理的途徑。正如我們過去在暑期班分享中提到的，意志力在孩子的生命深處沉睡著，而手工的獨特價值，正是在培育並喚醒這份意志力——讓思考、情感與意志，透過雙手的動作，均衡地融合在一起。
