Breathing itself has endless energy. As long as you can breathe, you can meditate.

Neuroscientists and psychologists have confirmed that the brain's experience of external events can be continuously reorganized and updated through specific training. Meditation is one of these "brain-changing" methods.

Through meditation, you have the opportunity to look inward into your own heart and see your true and good self;

When you are upset, use meditation to remind yourself that you are in mindfulness and enjoy the joy of true relaxation;

Through meditation, your physical body, psych body emotions, and behavior will undergo amazing positive changes, and then joy, happiness and positive energy will arise spontaneously.

Course Difficulty: You can have extraordinary experience even without basic knowledge.

This workshop will takes 30～45 minutes, registration is available, booking in advance is request. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes for the workshop.

工作坊時長30～45分鐘，需提前預約，接受隨時報名。我們建議學生不要早於 15 分鐘到達課堂。

Workshop means experience the improvisational art and does not require any foundation. Therefore, you only need to show up to enjoy the freedom of creation and have the opportunity to create a relaxing corner in your soul.

What makes us most gratified is that everyone has a different atmosphere after every team activity. It's the feeling that we borrow small objects symbolizing life from nature and connect them to form a mountain scene.

Step 1. Contact us via Whatsapp/Email to confirm the appointment date and time, workshop location and the number of attendance.  

Step 2. After confirming and verifying the participation information, pay the registration fee on this website/ via bank transfer. 

Step 3. Provide us with transfer records. 

Step 4. Reservation is completed. You will receive the final reservation confirmation information.

Why Us?

Our Founder and Creative Director, Vanessa Lee, is a Hong Kong native with an insatiable thirst for art and nature. During the workshop, Vanessa will teach everyone how to present the feeling of nature in the creative process and heal themselves through painting.

Although each workshop presents something new, it emphasizes healing our psychical self: creating art that perfectly matches our dreams rather than what others see as achievement.

We are, and always have been, committed to finding ethical, sustainable solutions to the challenges within our industry. From using recycled packaging and wrapping, we continually look at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and benefit the local community.
