The meaning of Team Building
How to design team integration workshops in enterprises has always been one of the details we focus on. Participation is the basic beginning, and harvesting, thinking, and promoting more meaningful actions are the focus.
When designing team integration workshops, we spend much time thinking about the goals/objectives the team hopes to achieve. After the workshop, each member can reach a different sense of relief, relaxation, and, most importantly, a positive impact on his or her body, mind, and soul.
First of all, we arranged a two-day team building activity perfume fragrance workshop, which allowed 80 colleagues to communicate with each other in addition to working in the office. Using perfume not only relaxes everyone✨, it is also an activity that can shorten the distance between people💭. In the workshop, we allow each colleague to create their unique fragrance. Not only did they learn instructions for mixing fragrance, but they also learned to balance their emotions.
The sense of smell is the only one of the five human senses that can directly transmit stimuli to the brain, and it is connected to many parts of the brain that are related to emotion and memory. The three levels of perfume, the front, middle, and back, allow the team to explore the inner personalities of other colleagues throughout the entire process while also helping to balance their personalities. For example, if you are impatient, you can feel calm and generous and improve your mood by mixing perfumes with floral scents.
This time is not only a fragrance experience but also a creative exploration.
Under the relaxation of the perfume workshop, colleagues can communicate with each other through the healing aroma and have the opportunity to communicate openly and sincerely. A four-day succulent mini garden workshop followed this.
Succulent plants, also called succulents or succulent plants, mainly grow in deserts and dry coastal areas. Their roots and stems are extensive. When the leaves degenerate, they can easily store much water. The succulent workshop allows everyone to combine succulents in a layered manner according to their personality. During conception, they can also understand life and its possibilities.
Everyone has unique skills rarely displayed during work; however, in a workshop environment, everyone can gain insight into their strengths and characteristics. These stories do not necessarily require words to be conveyed, and touching the heart is more powerful.
