預約須知
1)Wonderland is open for appointments only. Please make your reservation in advance via our Instagram dm, Facebook messenger or our website.
Wonderland 現時採用全預約制,請事先到instagram dm / Facebook messenger / 網站作出預約,否則恕不受理。
2 ) Please settle the deposit for your appointment or the booking will not be confirmed. The deposit would be deducted from the final bill.
預約時須提前繳付所預約課程/工作坊之訂金以確保出席,否則預約將不會被確認。已付的訂金將於帳單中扣除。
3 ) Please make your booking for 24 hrs in advance or it will not be considered.
請於最少24小時前進行預約,否則預約將不獲受理。
4)Please note that all bookings will not be able to be cancelled once confirmed and no deposits will be refunded for absentees.
請注意所有預約一旦確認則不能取消,缺席者將不獲退還訂金。
5)Please notify us by DM should any rescheduling be necessary 2 hrs in advance, or the booking will be considered as no-show. Please inform us asap if attendance is impossible due to emergencies.
所有預約如需要改期,請於最少2小時前以DM方式通知我們,否則將以缺席處理。如因當天突發事件以致未能出席,請盡早通知我們。
6)All reservations could only be rescheduled once.
每次預約只能改期一次。
7)No compensatory time would be given for late arrivals of 30 mins or above. Please notify us asap should there be any special cases.
所有預約遲到30分鐘以上將不獲補時,但我們會收取全數費用。如因特殊情況而遲到,請盡早通知我們以便作出安排。
8)Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for private group workshop enquiries (min. 6 people).
如果希望預約私人/團體工作坊(6人或以上),請於至少兩星期前聯絡我們以作出適當安排。
