Tie-dye Experience Workshop

Tie-dying involves tying, tying, and sewing fabrics with threads and ropes and then putting them into the dyeing solution for boiling and dyeing. Due to the external force of the ties, the fabric is dyed unevenly. After the ties are removed and the floating color is washed away, Unique patterns can appear on the fabric.
The course includes: the tie-dying techniques we have learned over the years, as well as the experience of matching linings. Especially when making patchwork, pure cotton cloth and pure cotton cloth, pure cotton cloth and the auxiliary cotton on the back can be well integrated, making the work look seamless. It was made in heaven.

This workshop will takes 2 hours, registration is available, booking in advance is request. For example, classes begin at 10am and finish at 12noon. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes for the workshop.

Equipment
The course fee includes all the required equipment and instructor fees. There is no need to bring anything with you as all equipment is provided – and every student is presented with a Wonderland Art Workshop apron and tote bag to take home. You may want to bring a notepad and pen if you’d like to make notes.
From- theme setting to planning and execution,we provide complete assistance so everyone.~ In Wonderland,all you need to do is express yourself with a relaxed heart and gain happiness from creation!
No Requirement
Workshop means experience the improvisational art and does not require any foundation. Therefore, you only need to show up to enjoy the freedom of creation and have the opportunity to create a relaxing corner in your soul.
What makes us most gratified is that everyone has a different atmosphere after every team activity. It's the feeling that we borrow small objects symbolizing life from nature and connect them to form a mountain scene.

Use mountains, rivers and vegetation to dye the life
Tie-dyeing, known as tie-dying, twisting, clamping and dyeing in ancient times, is a traditional and unique dyeing process among Chinese folk. It, together with wax (batik) and jiaval (hollow printing), is known as the three major printing techniques in ancient China.
It is an ancient tie-dyeing technique, usually with blue and white as the main colors, using contrast to create a simple connotation. Until now, some traces of the valerian technique can still be found in some ethnic minority areas. Just changed the name to hand-made tie-dye.
Plant tie-dying can also be called grass dyeing. It is taken from nature, and it is also a kind of pure beauty that returns to and nourishes nature.Among the colors of vegetable dyeing, indigo is the only one that is favored. It comes out of the mud but does not stain, is charming and pleasing.

The tie-dyeing process is divided into two parts: tying and dyeing. Before dyeing, it uses yarn, thread, rope, and other tools to tie, sew, patch, clip, and other combinations of fabrics.
The tie-dye process is characterized by using threads to twist the dyed fabric into knots, then printing and dyeing, and then removing the knotted threads.It has more than one hundred variation techniques, each with its characteristics. For example, the "roll on twist" is rich in color, natural in change, and endlessly interesting.
Before tie-dying, we sometimes ask participants to describe a range of feelings so that these emotions can be dissolved in the process.After completion, it also further transforms our emotions.
If you give it to a friend, they will always be amazed by the tie-dye work and how it was made. I think this is the charm of tie-dye art: the happiness it brings to people and the appreciation of beauty. It is an infinite pursuit!
