We have prepared a selection of natural herbs including mugwort, calamus, lavender, cloves and rosemary, waiting for you to pick, blend and seal into your very own sachet. The proportion of each herb is a silent language. A little extra mugwort is a wish for restful sleep. A touch more lavender is a desire to soothe their recent restlessness. An extra clove may hold a word of longing you have never dared to say aloud.

Once finished, the sachet can be a gift to yourself — placed by your pillow to accompany you through humid early summer nights.
