The most crucial moss micro-landscape props are various hand-made figures. You can choose them freely if they are cute enough and meet your landscaping ideas. In addition, tiny mushrooms, fallen wood, small fences, pebbles, river sand, etc., are all commonly used props.

Moss Maintenance Methods
Today's moss is no longer a frequent visitor to darkness. People rescued it from darkness, used it to beautify the environment, and went to great lengths to discover beauty - this time, it is the protagonist.
Generally speaking, the daily maintenance of moss micro landscapes is straightforward. There are four main points: moisture retention, temperature, astigmatism, and ventilation.
1. moisture retentionis an important thing when raising moss.
Although moss likes moisture, it can get sick if overwatered, so just water it in moderation. You can use paper towels to absorb the water if you accidentally overwater. Most moss micro-landscape products come in highly transparent glass bottles, and you can also directly observe whether the soil is moist through the glass bottles.
2. Moss does not have high light requirements.
It is relatively shade-tolerant and is very suitable for growing indoors. It can accept bright, scattered light throughout the day, but be careful not to expose it to the sun. It is also not recommended to face the air conditioner outlet.
3. Temperature requirement, 30℃
Most areas in Hong Kong are suitable for moss growth, and the optimal temperature for growth is between 5°C and 28°C..When the temperature is higher than 30°C, ventilation should be provided. Covered moss microscapes should be opened and sprayed with water mist once every 2-3 days. Uncovered moss microscopes are recommended to be sprayed with water mist once daily in the morning and evening.
4. It is best to maintain and ventilate every day
Daily maintenance and ventilation are also essential. If the plant is stuffy, it is recommended that the cover be opened for a few hours every day to allow the plant to breathe and increase air circulation.
Final Note
Glass containers require little care to remain airtight. When watering, remove the cork and use a sprayer to spray the tops of the plants—this is only necessary if the humidity is low.
Whatever you do, do not pour water directly into the glass container, as this will result in uneven water distribution and possible mud splashes! If the glass frequently fogs up, the humidity may be too high, so leave the lid open for a few hours each day to allow the terrarium to breathe.
